Brett, Ashley, and Corey walked us through every step of the home building process and were responsive and understanding of what we were looking for in our home design and build and have been a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy team with a great eye for design and building d…

We had a wonderful experience working with Brett and the team from Southerlyn Homes with a very unique church project. The team was able to quickly get us a quote, order our custom doors and install and finish the project quicker than we could have imagined. All contractors were wonderful to work with and as a team they were all so helpful.

We have loved working with Brett and Ashley on multiple home renovation projects! We have found them to be nothing but professional, responsive/communicative, creative, high-quality professionals and just all around nice people. They recently helped us turn a closet into a dream wine bar (see pics!) and we're looking forward to continuing working with them on building a guest house in our backyard. Highly recommend!

Brett and Ashley are professional, responsive, and really made the home b…

Their homes are unique, bright, modern and really make you feel at home. Not to mention, they go above and beyond with materials and the buil…
