We had a fantastic experience with Schooner Bay building our home. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a strong commitment to not only delivering a high-quality build, but doing so on an accelerated timeline that truly exceeded industry standards. We were impressed with how efficiently everything moved forward without sacrificing attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was how they handled a…

I am extremely pleased with the work that Schooner Bay Builders did for us. Shortly before renovations started, I fell and broke a few bones- so now the company was dealing with redoing the bathroom for a very stressed out person! Each and every person that came to my house ( painters, carpenters, etc) could not have been any more professional and excellent at their job but they also went out of the way to be kind .…

Very timely and professional, got repairs done on a a corner of our building that’s aluminum and almost everyone I called could not complete this job for us. Our company is an hour and 30 minutes away from this building. These guys were able to handle everything in one week without ever having to meet with anyone once. special thanks to Kristen on handling this for us and to the contractors on handling this in a quic…

When my house was built, new, our pool bath ext door was installed wrong. Not having construction experience I thought it a major repair but Schooner Bay Builders came in and fixed our door in 5 minutes. They could have made it a multi thousand dollar repair but they repaired it for next to nothing. Honesty counts! Thanks Schooner Bay Builders!

We had a beam outside that needed to be replaced and they worked endlessly to find the easiest way and most affordable way to fix it and other parts of the house. Hands down the most kind and nice people to work with. Always returning my calls and making sure we felt comfortable! I would definitely work with this company…
