Every individual from this company provided an exceptional experience. They were pleasant and polite. They arrived each day on time, worked hard and cleaned up behind themselves. I have had this small elevator for several years and has worked flawlessly. The battery needed changing and the workman came and not only changed it but also spent a bit of time working on another issue he said might cause problems in the future. Greta guy and fast friendly service at a reasonable price,

We purchased a Stiltz home elevator nearly 10 years ago to accommodate visits from our respective elderly mothers. The equipment is sleek and extremely reliable and the customer service is excellent. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a home elevator.

Today is August 3, 2026. The Stiltz technician arrived on time as scheduled he called me about 15 or 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He came in. I told him the issue I was having and he did a complete service of the unit. He was efficient and did a good job. I can highly recommend STILTZ to anybody who needs a good lift.
