Wonderful house but make sure you document everything you want fixed prior to final walk through. Our project manager said everything would still be covered for the first year but my driveway came stained and the warranty department hides behind emails instead of calling and meeting me in person to go over it...of course they do not want to help.

Had issues since the first month of living in my new home. Reported the issue through the warranty dept $ times in a year having them send the same company to fix it over and over. It was never fixed right. As soon as my year warranty was up I continued to have the same issue and Mattamy said so sorry too bad. Although they never fixed it!! Horrible builder!! Horrible warranty? Cheap appliances installed!!
