Everyone at Custom Craft was terrific to work with. I had a bad situation with a previous builder and was very thankful that Adam was able to take over the construction project. The communication was great and I always felt supported and listened to. My construction manager was Joe who was fabulous. He was always open to give me advise and ideas as well as pushing subs when they needed a nudge. The home turned out be…

Spectacular....this entire team was wonderful. We were told to go see Adam with our special circumstances. He and his team came through at every turn especially when dealing with the many challenges set upon us by the city. Jim was our boots on the ground and he is AMAZING. So thougful and detail oriented - whenever anything came up he was super responsive. I felt guilty at times when reaching out, but he was always …

Exceptional build!! The Custom Craft team was nothing short of incredible during the entire process. 20 years ago they built my parents home and I always remembered how great that house was. I’m very happy that I choose them to build my dream home all these years later. I was lucky enough to have Mr. Jim Doolin as my construction manager, his attention to detail and construction knowledge impressed me from day 1. He…

We have built a few new homes in the last 30 years, and I can honestly say that Custom Craft Homes, an AR Homes franchise, has been and is the most professional and well organized builder that we have ever encountered. Our build is about a 3rd of the way and we have everything in writing, every choice that we have made with pictures so there can be no he said she said at the end. The build site is so clean or at leas…

Jim has been such a pleasure to work with! We have built two other homes, and the difference is night and day! Jim always responds to questions and inquiries very timely and courteously. He takes his time to help us understand all aspects of the build. It’s going so smoothly and we cannot wait to move into our beautiful home. Custom Craft / AR Homes is highly recommended!!!
