We have our home build by Coconut Bay Construction and could only monitor it from oversees. During the work all was perfectly cleaned up, scheduling was on time, communication and service were very good and quality in the end was unbelievable. No snag list !

We used Coconut Bay Construction to build a 2 family unit home. It was a wonderful experience -with amazing results. Our home is well-built, done on time, quiet and attractive. We have lived in the home full time for 3 years now and would use Coconut Bay again anytime. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We have nothing but high respect for this company.

We had Coconut Bay do a major remodel of two bathrooms and several smaller jobs around our investment property. I could not be happier with the work that they provided. They have an amazing team that from start to finish were a pleasure to work with. We are planning on building another home in the next two years and after this experience we will absolutely be building with Coconut Bay. Thanks Matt and Team!
