Cody took time to answer my many questions. We met with about 10 different companies. We decided on Cody with NextGen Aire because of his attentiveness & his competitive pricing. Also, his extended labor & maintenance warranty was something most other companies were not offering. They installed our system today, & the installers were polite, professional & cleaned up everything. Very pleased with NextGen Aire!

Today, NextGen Aire installed a Lennox 3-ton AC unit in my new home. I had spoken to Cody (the owner) a week earlier in response to a Facebook ad. He showed up at my home the next day and quoted the exact same price as stated in the advertisement. Less than a week later, his crew (Jorden and Payton) showed up as scheduled and on time. These two techs were pleasant and took the time to discuss the installation process…

The AC techs that came have a great work ethic. They came around 9am and finished a…

I had a great experience with NextGen Aire from start to finish. Cody came out personally to give the estimate and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense. No pressure, no upselling—just straight, honest information about what I needed. What really stood out was that the price I saw advertised was exactly what I paid. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons. The install itself went…

Had a 3.5 ton Ruud A/C and air handler installed 9/9/26. Installation went fine, installers were great and Cody also gave a $200 veteran discount. After waiting for the county inspection, checking with the county, a permit was never ordered. Called Cody, he said he would look into it on Monday but Monday never came. He would not answer my calls or text messages. So I was forced to hire another company to resolve th…
