Tracy Steele originally installed the A/C system in my house when it was built back in 2001 and lasted approx 25 years!! Got a few estimates from other company’s, but ultimately decided to go with Tracy Steele again as they did such a great job on the original install and I was not disappointed. This install was back in August 2025 and they did an awesome job from start to finish. Absolutely no issues and system work…

My old Lenox AC died and had a Tracy Steele tech come out to evaluate it. The AC had a bad evaporator coil leak. I could have replaced the coil at a large expense, or replace the whole system. Since the old AC had some age to it, and had recuring problems, I decided to replace it. Lucky for us, they we able to come out the next day due to a scheduling change on their side. I started using Tracy Steele several years ago for maintenance and repairs. Fast forward to today and now my 15 year old a/c needs to replaced. Daniel came out to talk about my options. We came to an agreement on the system that was efficient and cost effective with no hard sell tactics. Nick and Will came out to install the new system and did a phenomenal job! They were here right on time, were very knowledgeable an…

Tracy Steele A/C is absolutely the best! I was away from home and noticed on the app my air conditioner was not working. I did not know how long it had been out. I emailed them and they sent someone first thing in the morning to meet my neighbor and repaired it. What a relief! I have always used them and have always found them to be prompt, fair and very professional. I will never use anyone else’s! Great service!
