The owner of Back Bay AC, identified as Bobby, inspected my air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. He promptly diagnosed and resolved the issue, also identifying other potential concerns. Within a few minutes, the air conditioning system was operational again. Back Bay provides exemplary service.

He saved me so much trouble in being just a knowledgeable, good person. Immediately helped me out without the typical “we…

Thank you Bobby with Back Bay Heating & Cooling. He came by on a Sunday afternoon when we got home to our AC not working. The house was almost 90 degrees!!. I have a newborn who needed to go to sleep but couldn't because of the heat. Bobby was there and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. LIFE SAVER. I highly recommend this company.
