I highly recommend Custom Solutions Air Conditioning LLC in Port St. Lucie, Florida! I recently had them out to check on my AC, and the technician was incredibly honest and straightforward. He clearly explained what was wrong with the system. That kind of integrity is rare these days and really stands out. They had previously installed a new AC unit in my garage, and the work was top-notch, very professional, extreme…

Excellent service from start to finish. This was their second visit, and once again they responded quickly and professionally. They took the time to provide helpful information and clearly reminded me why the system reacted the way it did and what caused the issue in the first place. I really appreciated the honest explanation, fast response, and quality service. Highly recommend!

We used Custom Solutions to address cooling issues my father's A/C unit was experiencing. Ariel was able to come right away and he was prompt, efficient and fair with his work. He was able to explain the problem well and to provide me clear options to resolve it. We are highly satisfied with his work and we will call him again if we need help with our unit in the future. I highly recommend their services.

He responds in a timely manner, he shows up when he says he’s going to, he is friendly and professional, his prices are fair and most importantly his work is exceptional. Highly recommend!

I recently had my AC serviced and Ariel did an outstanding job as always! I’m confident that we are safe and sound this coming ‘HOT’ summer season. If you want top notch service, ask for Ariel! He’s been our technician for the past 3 years! Cheers!!!
