William, who answers the phone from this company and dispatches the technicians never thought it might not be a good idea to send a Spanish-speaking technician that doesn’t speak a word of English. He also thought that it was a great idea that his company works on Cuban time rather than American time where if a technician is 15-30 minutes late it’s OK not to let the client know.
