Ricky is one of the greatest assets Action Air has. He is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, has a wonderful, uplifting personality, was prompt, explained everything he was doing, checked the system for other potential issues, and just made my day better by being here, and not just because he fixed the air conditioner. Great guy and great technician. Thanks so much! Just wanted to add to my review that this is…

From the moment Joyce showed up it was easy to make a decision. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen. Install and process was simple. Isaiah and Angel were on time, and truly professional! The system is awesome, and I recommend Action Air to all.

We ended up having to have a reputable company come out and replace the entire system. They wouldn't even return our calls. They…

After I found out about it, I got involved and had them come out and meet me and sure enough, there had been a leak. Once that was fixed it still did not work. They kept telling us…
