I had my first service today with Lotus and my service person, Jake, was absolutely Wonderful. We went over my entire property and he pointed things out to me that I hadn't noticed before. I feel like I am in exceptionally good hands with Lotus and Jake!!

Jake was very friendly and experienced. He took his time and was extremely thorough and efficient and explained what he was going to be doing. He asked if there were any special pest control issues that we were having and addressed how he would take of them.
