I have used Twin Home Experts at four locations for mold inspection, mold cleanup and restoration. Their service starts with a timely response, and convenient scheduling. The inspectors Jimmy and Dalton are professional and knowledgeable with the right solutions. The technicians are all efficient with attention to details. I have found the pricing to be competitive also.

you better have deep pockets for unnecessary rodent exclusion work! Ripping out pipes and dry wall for no reason. Using a local pest control company can get the job done for 1/4 of the price and have same results. These guys constantly bash other pest control companies and they still do mediocre to equal work at best. then try to charge $50 bucks each for snap traps, vent covers and wire mesh.
