Compared to another quote we received, their technician took a methodical approach and found termite activity in areas the other company missed. The inspection was thorough, and they spent over an hour explaining their findings and suggested steps for treatment.

The quote was reasonable compared to others, and they completed the bat exclusion process in about three hours, using a one-way exit device so the bats could leave but not return. They followed up two weeks later to ensure there were no signs of re-entry, which I appreciated given our ongoing concerns.

After noticing our pets scratching relentlessly and discovering little bites on our ankles, we called for a flea and mite extermination. The technician identified carpeted areas as the main problem spots and spent a thorough two hours treating them, advising us on follow-up steps to ensure the issue wouldn't return.
