I am really impressed with Doug's Bug Company! Kelli is extremely personable and helpful in assessing the best solution. She responded right away when I had additional questions. Josh did the extermination, and went above and beyond to help mitigate the issue. He proactively sealed some areas where pests were potentially coming in, which I am so grateful for his extra effort and work.

Doug’s Bugs handled the fumigation of my home. He and his workers were courteous, efficient and thorough. Doug patiently explained the whole process, answered all my questions and checked in every step of the way. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Josh was great to work with. He did a thorough assessment of our yard and checked a few areas in our home that we wanted him to see. His explanations about the service (bug control) were clear, and when we agreed to proceed, his findings and treatment at our home were very helpful. Thanks!
