I have had Hydrex for years and have been happy overall. However, now that I am home more, I wondered if I was getting all I pay for from my service. After communicating with the central office, I met with the service provider today for my regular service. He addressed all of my concerns and did a complete and thorough job and we developed a plan moving forward. Excellent customer service.

We have had Hydrex come out for quarterly services since we moved in 14 years ago. Anthony performs our service and is friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns we have. There are a lot of people knocking on doors trying to get our business and I always tell them that Hydrex is known and trusted and we are extremely happy.

As a new home owner I am still learning the ropes on house maintenance (especially since the house was built in the 80’s). My technician Victor was kind and informative. He did his job efficiently and in a timely manner, with attention to detail. As a woman that was alone at the time, I felt comfortable with him in my home and he was very respectful to my privacy and property. Yay Victor!

My inspector Victor has been at my home for many years and is a wonderful employee and person. It is always a pleasure to have him come and take care of my inspections. He is thorough and explains what he did and any follow ups if needed. Hydrex is lucky to have such a great employee!

We have used Hydrex for many years, mostly due the excellent service from Vance. We look forward to each visit because of his great people skills and the way he delivers on his promises. We also like Vance's ability to explain his chemical treatments and other services.
