Once every year or two my front door lock needs a little help. It gets a bit hard to open from the inside with the turn of the knob. When this happens, I'm so fearful that I will have to replace this expensive Baldwin lock. Each time I call Darren, he always fixes it and I am grateful that I don't have to spend $1,000+ to replace all the handles and locks. He is always on time, efficient and kind. And very fair price…

Daryn was super accommodating and helpful. I had an appointment at 8:30a and last minute had to cancel. He was accommodating and kindly rescheduled me for later that same day. Changing our locks was very fast and convenient. Highly Recommended.
