Locked my keys in my car at a medical appointment. While I was navigating my AAA request I accidentally cancelled it and started a new one. Danny at M & M reached out immediately to see the issue for accidental cancellation and came in minutes to help me out. Thank you for Danny for the swift and prompt response plus courtesy.

Professionalism is a zero. Everybody has a bad day once in a while, but common courtesy to a customer was sorely missing.
