Good luck even trying to get them to call you back. I had an appointment scheduled. I needed to reschedule, but the rep's phone goes to voicemail, followed by an automated text that they're in a meeting and he'll call back. He never does. Doesn't respond to the text messages either. I also called their corporate office to try to get something set up with someone else and they never returned the call either.
