Ryan is amazing. He replied to my call today, July 4, and told me that my current bid for a new pool pump with another contractor is a great bid. He also suggested we consider a slightly smaller pump as an option since our pipes don't have the capacity for our current pump. I highly recommend Ryan and have saved him in my phone with astericks for any future work or service I need.

Simpson Pool and Spa did an outstanding job replacing our pool pump and filter. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped us select the right equipment for our pool’s size and needs, and the installation was seamless. Everything was done on schedule and with great care — they even took the time to explain how to operate and maintain the new system. Our pool has never…

Very prompt and helpful team. My pool pump was revving up repeatedly so I texted them to get a service appointment. The owner texted me and told me to grease the O-ring on my pump and see if it fixed the problem. Best free advice I got! It fixed the issue and pump is running fine now. Thanks, and appreciate the free tip. I will definitely use this company again for their honesty and help. Saved me a service call fee.

Highly recommend! Great service!! Simpson pool and spa has always been consistently awesome with monthly service… but Ryan went above and beyond when he guided us through all of our options for swapping out old equipment- helping us find the best balance for efficiency and our budget. He demonstrated professionalism and patience with all our questions. So helpful…Couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ryan!

This company is dishonest and rude and I feel I should warn anyone who is considering using them. We were quoted $190 per month and have paid an average of $528 per month ($3170 for 6 months) and they auto charged whatever they felt we "needed" on our card. 6 months ago we hired Simpson Pool after they came out to the house, looked at our pool and quoted us $190 per month for weekly cleaning. Our first bill was $263…
