I have ordered from MarbleWarehouse.com on several occasions and have always received great service. Shipping is free, which is awesome! On one occasion, the product I ordered was in gallon size, but they only had quarts available. I received a call within minutes of placing my online order to ask if sending quart size would be okay. Now that's what I call excellent service. Great company to work with! Highly r…

It’s been over a year since I made my order and almost a year since my tile was installed. The slate was exactly what I wanted. We have a beautiful (and heated) floor.

I ordered smooth slate for an office floor, and the material itself is beautiful. According to my contractor, it’s also high quality—easy to cut and durable without breaking. That said, there was an issue with delivery. Nearly an entire box arrived damaged, likely during transit. Fortunately, I had ordered extra, so it didn’t impact the project, but it’s definitely something to be aware of.
