We are so lucky we found this company many years ago. Our office contact, Liz (no relation 🙃), always manages to get someone out to help us right away. And the technicians are always knowledgeable and pleasant. We needed their gate whisperer, Jim, today who found and fixed something more complicated than usual. Thanks, Jim! You’re our hero.

Sam and his company were highly recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I’m really happy we moved forward with Imperial. I absolutely love my new driveway gate and new garage door! I’m already getting compliments on our new home upgrade!

Gustavo and his crew were really amazing. They gave me a very competitive quote and stood by their obligation and service. A guest of mine bumped my garage door and dented one of the sections. They immediately came by and gave me a few options. They matched the color perfectly and replaced the section. The garage door wasn't opening up smoothly either. Once they installed it was working like new. I couldn't be happier…

We had a new garage door installed, with new opener and remotes. They painted the garage door trim to match the garage door. We are very pleased with the result! The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and everyone was accommodating and professional. Liz at the office was really nice and helpful. Thank you!
