This old-school staple was a delicious treat, after 40 years it's still a guilty pleasure that any hot dog lover will appreciate

Such a poor customer service. I had to call them 10 times until I got hold of someone. Ernie, He was super rude and not responsive. Then they sent an estimator which also was hard to communicate with. He said he will send the estimate over. I called him twice to follow up but never received a callback or a text.

I called this company many times to get no answer or call back. When I finally reached someone (Ernie, who was extremely rude) I set up a site survey and a guy came who was not professional at all. I would not recommend doing business with Empire Insulation, save yourself the headache.
