A Horrible experience! I was sent an incompetent inexperienced technician that didn’t know what he was doing. He walked in with no tools! He did more harm than good. When he left, he left me in a worse position than I was before he came. I would never ever use this company again, nor would I recommend them! They are not truthful when it comes to experience.
