I’ve had to deal with so many flaky contractors who say one thing and either don’t show up or call back or do poor work that they can’t stand behind. Fortunately that’s not the case with these guys. We’ve had Fredy and his guys install a few large sliding doors at our house. When I dropped it off on a Tuesday I was told that I would receive a call from them when the door was ready in the next 2 to 3 days. Customers beware. Starlite quotes prices verbally, then ups the costs on the written estimates. I was asked for the final payment the day the windows were installed, paid the amount requested, then the office harassed and argued for days for additional payment.
