Cascade Spa completely exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the soothing atmosphere immediately set the tone for relaxation. I got the body scrub and coconut oil massage, and the practitioner's technique was exceptional—just the right amount of pressure to release all the deep-seated stress. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and deeply hydrated. The attention to detail, immaculate facilities, an…

After looking around for a day spa for a birthday treat to myself - Cascade Spa was a great choice and experience! I'm glad I chose to come here to unwind for 2 hours (Ruby package). Atmosphere is calming and staff is very friendly. Location is in hillcrest where parking could be tough, but they have their own parking lot assigned for guests a block away :) I definitely will be back!

This is an amazing place. We did the whole experience together, and they made us feel like we were the only ones in the spa!! Thank you, Cascade Spa!! My wife and I did a couples spa day. We found this place, and we had a great time. My masseuse, Sofia, was AMAZING, very nice and kind. We started with the sauna to open the pores on your skin and relax, then we took a shower, and they had some comfy robes ready in ou…

Everyone was so kind. Yes there is a tad of a language barrier but they would go ask for help if they didn’t know what we were saying. We all got the ruby packages and it overexceeded my expectations. From the saunas, the hot tea, scalp mass…

And they’re giving you champagne before you go steam room which is not make sense. Then they tried to get us directly to feet massage part, I was like where is salt sauna which I wanted that first place. It says steam room or sauna in the package but maybe it’s bett…
