Braeden from Chimney Doctor did a fantastic pre-purchase fireplace and chimney inspection for us. He was thorough, got up on the roof, scoped the inside of the chimney, and documented everything in a detailed 17-page report with dozens of clear, annotated photos. He found serious issues we never would have caught on our own, explained exactly what they meant and what our options were, and even referred us to someone …

Braeden and the team at Chimney Doctor were fantastic during my recent inspection! I was so happy with their service — they explained everything clearly without using a bunch of technical jargon, which I really appreciated. Big props to Braedan, who was punctual, friendly, and took the time to make sure my clients understood everything. I’d highly recommend Chimney Doctor to anyone needing a chimney inspection or a…

Amazing work — truly top-notch. I’m a real estate agent and have worked with many chimney inspectors, but I haven’t seen the level of care and accuracy that I saw with Braeden. He’s exceptional, and I will definitely be recommending him to my clients.

Braeden was the chimney inspector. He did a very thorough job and communicated his findings in a very professional manner. We received the report the same day. We are very appreciative of the services provided and would highly recommend him to those needing the services he provides.
