My experience was truly exceptional. Great, beautiful windows but the people working here are really kind, thoughtful and wonderful. Our installation was very difficult since my condo is on the 3rd floor. They stopped at nothing to make sure our installation was done and done right. Outstanding windows and doors and outstanding customer service. They walk the talk and put their money where their mouth is. 2 years after installation I had a problem with the lock on my patio door and they came out within hours to fix it. Cheerful and no charge (as promised). I love my windows! Superior quality for less money. Giving Anderson a run for their money!
