What a great place. Looking all over to trying to source a piece of metal four around a window. These people spent a lot of time with me on the phone screwed around looking at emails looking at pictures to make a $10 sale. They're all about customer service. If you need anything glass related in any way shape or form I wood reach out to these guys guarantee you won't be disappointed

Bob’s Glass & Screen Co. is truly a gem in San Diego. I came in with shattered garage door glass, and Bob himself had the perfect replacement cut and ready in just 15 minutes—fast and flawless. The whole team treated me with warmth and kindness, making me feel like family. Their honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism are unmatched, and it’s clear why they’ve earned five-star reviews. Whether it’s a broken window…

I quoted and found Bob's prices to be competitive. Once I got the quote, I changed a couple of things. They requoted without an issue, and we scheduled the job within two weeks. There was no date change. The crew arrived to install the double paned glass in 7 windows; two were 5 feet x 8 feet. They were polite, professional, communicative, tidy, efficient... Working with Bob's was a great experience.

I needed a single-pane kitchen window fixed and sent over my own measurements for a quote. They were the most reasonably priced of the four places I checked. The two-man crew arrived right on time and had the glass replaced in less than 20 minutes. Fast, fair, and professional—I’m very impressed.

Best glass shop hands down. No other shop would take in a custom table that needed its glass replaced without having me hand draw my own template. Bob’s willingly took in the table frame and made their own template to guarantee a fit for a small fee. At the end including the glass, the price still beat basically every other shop around. It came out beautiful. Quick turnaround, excellent service, and clear expertise. …
