I am so excited to have our two (2) new area rugs! Last week we ordered them from Isac for our new rooms in the art school, and I was so pleasantly surprised to get them ready so fast! They are very good quality, and every time I pass by them, I enjoy them so much! Also, all our kids, parents and teachers love them! It was such a pleasure working with Isac and his team, who helped me all the way through! Great servi…

Janet is a rockstar! She guided me through the process and designed the sisal installation on my stairs. The result looks great and our little pup seems very happy with it too. Thanks Melrose carpet and thanks Janet!

Absolute terrible service and material. My home was destroyed by the cheap carpet that was sold to me, I paid premium price for cheap carpet. The customer service was bad too, nobody cared to help or fix the situation and working with James was a nightmare (he is a liar and very difficult). Do not go here, you will be unhappy and stressed.

When I agreed and gave him the go-ahead, the real shake down began. He sent me an "updated" quote with half the promised servi…
