Our spa had quit Others told me they can com over next month. Steve showed within couple of days, checked the control system wiring, interconnection and determined what the faulty part was. He explained to me the proper maintenance procedure and his charges was pretty fair. Strongly recommend him

"Expert" is not just the name of the company - Steve is the BEST! Not only is he knowledgeable about various models (dating back as far as our spa is - it came w the house we purchased in 2003), and can give you many options on fixing vs. buying a new one, the pros and cons, but he himself will not rest until the problem is fixed to his high standard, which is higher than mine. =) We've had many people come and go…

Steve was great. Made sure to text and call me to let me know he was on his way, super friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to troubleshoot and fix the problems quickly, while letting me know what he was doing and what might need done in the future. Very fair pricing-sometimes you get more than you pay for!
