I needed a patio door handle that was broken. It actually required replacing two separate parts from the door manufactured in New Zealand. As per usual, I went online to source the parts locally. Every place I researched - had them "In Stock". Not even one actually did have either part. Thanks to Westside Door, both parts were on hand and at a great price to boot! Would recommend for all other door needs - they h…

I had a problem with my Integrity window order that could have been made much worse without assistance from Westside Door, Windows and Mouldings. But Howard stepped in and assured me he would help me through the situation, and he did. Within an hour of my phone call, Howard had 2 people from his showroom at my house to see what was going on and the next day, the window manufacturer rep, Teresa, came out too. Teresa r…

I asked Juan for an estimate for a standard-sized door, gave all the details including the dimensions, manufacturer and hardware, and never got an estimate after 1 month and 4 calls, with zero calls from Juan. I called to request a quote on a door for which the door manufacturer lists Westside Door as a dealer. The receptionist connected me with Juan. Juan took the details (dimensions, manufacturer…

Terrible customer experience. If you stop by their showroom, they do everything in their power to not acknowledge you. I've been twice and you have to fight for any type of help. The one time I was able to get someone to talk to me, they took my information for a quote and then completely ghosted me. Based on how often they are on the phones, I assume they prefer big jobs over with multiple orders for construction an…
