I contacted Pro Shield Garage Doors as they appeared like a great company to work with for fixing my garage door problem. The door suddenly broke. Andre spoke with me and we quickly understood the issue. He is a great communicator. Luckily, he was available immediately (not what I expected) and came out to fix our garage door. We had a good conversation and agreed on the work involved. He performed the work very prof…

He was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made the entire process quick and hassle free. It’s hard to find reliable people who provide this level of servic…

Andres and his team were fantastic to work with, and always listened to what I needed. It was a unique project, in that I was keeping the opening but raising the tracks to accommodate a new lift. The project was completed, and they even tweaked the install to give me even more room. Great experience all around.

They took care of everything in one visit and did a great job. The door is noticeably quieter and smoother now, and both keypads were set up and tested before they left. They showed up when they said they would, worked eff…

He was able to break down the issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms and clearly explained what needed to be corrected and why. He did a great job …
