I lived at The Palms for about a year and unfortunately cannot recommend this property. The biggest issue is the overall lack of maintenance and quality control. Many parts of the property feel old and poorly maintained, and problems tend to remain unresolved for long periods of time. Maintenance is great but the general management team is not very helpful. They don’t enforce lease agreements regarding noise pollution, people smoking, or package theft. They have reduced their time on site as well. Email sometimes works and getting through the phone is a tedious process.

Maintenace addressed my issues in a timely manner and was resolved with any interruption in the apartment. Crew was friendly and explained what happened and how they were going to fix the problem. Cleaned up any debris and left the area as it was before. Job well done.
