AV Planners live up to their name. They listen, they plan, they execute. We hired them to help us design and install a large media wall with complex custom mounting, and audio system for a 3000 sq.f. medial office on Rodeo drive. We worked mostly with Kenton who was extremely professional, responsive, and detailed throughout the entire process. When obstacles and issues arise, they solve them without presenting issue…

We had AV Planners handle the AV and office security setup for our new office space. I was really pleased with how they were able to translate my wants and needs into reality. The setup is great and so easy for our team to use. Kenton was our primary contact and he was very available, presented us with various options as we went through the design phase, explained pros and cons of the different solutions, and did a g…

We recently used AV Planners for a second time to install two wall mounted boards, a projector and new audio system in our conference rooms. Both occasions they were very professional and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done correctly and I knew how to operate the new audio/projection system. Definitely will continue to use them for any future projects and cant recommend them enough. Thanks, AV Planners!!

I called AV Planners and they installed a Zoom Room (audio/visual) in my studio for me and my workflow is much more efficient. I will recommend AV Pla…

I worked with Kenton at AV Planners, who provided exceptional products and services when installing Crestron videoconferencing equipment for my one extra-large and one small conference room. Kenton is also my go-to person for any type of audio-video products, as he provided great products for our company's in-house YouTube video production needs. Thanks Kenton and AV Planners!
