WOW!!! From the first meeting with our exceptional designer, Annie, to the installation by the cleanest, most efficient team we’ve had the pleasure to work with, our experience with Closet Factory was fantastic! We had an initial meeting with Annie which lasted about 2 hours, but it was worth it. Annie listened to us and gave us great recommendations which we implemented. She was able to give us something perfect…

Closet Factory installed two walk-ins for us in the white melamine. They look and feel fantastic. These are much better than the DIY melamine shelving system that we previously had, and they were a total bargain considering the quality. Annie R. was our designer, and her layouts were very smart. She listened to what we wanted and was professional, responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in moving the project forward. …

Lisa Bence was absolutely amazing. She listened to what we wanted and needed then truly delivered. She made a weird, outdated space feel modern and so clean. She took 4 closets and updated them, but really made the master incredibly special. 10/10 would recommend and we will be conducting any future work through her. Attached pictures are the finished closets (still ongoing work like chair rail and baseboards).

She was very patient, and communicated extremely well all of the things to consider and our closets turned out beautifully. The install was just as great. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to, ready to work. All were professional, courteous, and clean. The quality …
