My garage door spring broke this morning as I was leaving for an appointment. I called the company I've used for years and learned they'd been bought by Radford. The woman I spoke with understood the emergency and juggled appointments in order to help me. Service tech Louis showed up 4 hours later and fixed it quickly. He was wonderful. We are very happy with our "new" garage door company.

Superb service from start to finish. Well appointed showroom and knowledgeable staff made it much easier to choose the best garage door for our remodel. They came out and measured before finalaizing the order, saving us lots of potential headaches by finding we had a non-standard door size, and followed through with a great installation experience. We will be using them again without a doubt.

Radford made a beautiful custom garage door for us several years ago and it makes the front of our home look just perfect -- we love it! Both times, he has explained to us what needs to be done and how he's going to k…

Do you ever do something and wish you did it a long time ago? Well, that happened today. We had been having a lot of trouble with our garage door. Redford Doors was referred to me and boy am I happy. Rick was awesome. Explained everything to me. Put in a new opener on the spot and it is unbelievable how well the door works now. I never thought I could be so excited about a garage opener. Top notch product and service…

The garage doors themselves look great and I'm happy with the aesthetics; however, it's been only 3 years and both garage doors are having opening/closing issues. Of course, only a year manufacturing warranty - so I'm out of pocket to fix the issue. This is an install issue... At a minimum a new garage door should last at least 5 years before there's opening/closing issues. Not impressed.
