Had a great experience with Santos...and Open Book Hardwood Floors. Santos is very knowledgeable and professional. We own a craftsman style older home in Pasadena...and the floors were in a very sorry state...they have never been worked on before and Santos restored them to look practically new...Wow. We had done most of the restoration ourselves of the house and were planing to do the floors ourselves...but we are…

If you are looking for someone to refinish or install your hardwood floors YOU ARE DONE LOOKING! Santos' work was superb... he guided us through the refinishing process, his work was excellent, he solved problems other firms wanted extra money for, made great repairs for a very reasonable extra cost where needed and was generally wonderful to work with. His costs were on the low end of what we were quoted but his wor…

Santos was so wonderful. He really took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and our wood floors look beautiful! He had to do some repairs for us where we had some damage, then we had him and sand refinish everything. It just looks beautiful! Won't call anyone else next time we need anything done to our floors

Santos made our 60-year-old hardwood floors look brand new. You will be hard pressed to find anyone with his knowledge, care, and attention to detail. He is a can-do problem solver. Minimal dust, clean work, competitive pricing. All around great experience. We are grateful to him and his wife. The best!!
