This group was very easy to work with. Our salesperson was great to work with and was very honest. Once contracted, Corey reached out to let us know we were ready to schedule. She was very professional and has great communication skills on the phone and in person. She even called back to make sure she had the information correctly noted because we were have two installations. Her attention to detail was appreciated a…

Overall great experience. I met with other providers and none were comparable to the level of support I received from Waterboy. Julia was attentive to my needs and provided an estimate based on our specific requirements. No unnecessary upselling or tactics. I appreciate that. The installation was smooth and completed in less than half a day. So far we are extremely happy with the system and enjoying our new, fresh & …

Flawless transaction. Recommendation for a whole house salt-free system and installation only took a couple of hours and looks great, tucked away in a corner of my garage next to the water supply. He also reassured us that their installer, George, could route a…
