We had Ryan with Hilltop Hardwood flooring sand and refinish our hardwood floors. Our home is older so he ended up having to do some tricky repair work before he could start sanding. Ryan worked wonders on our 100-year-old floors. Throughout the refinishing process, he communicated promptly and clearly. He set appropriate expectations around what he could do given the age and condition of our floors and the result was even better than we expected! The folks who sold us our house came over then promptly hired him to do their floors, too--excellent work all around.
