**Please respect the no video during the show rule** (It's clearly shown and some guests still ignored it) Came here for the jazz. Arrive on time but have somewhere else to go if you're early. Google had suggested we could go inside if we got there early and enjoy a drink but there's not space for that nor is it designed like that. It's a small, intimate venue. A true Los Angeles jazz institution. The music was outstanding, the atmosphere intimate, and you can feel the history the moment you walk in. Great place to experience talented musicians up close while enjoying a relaxed evening. Definitely worth a visit for any jazz lover.

This venue is amazing! The groups and music are always incredible. It's tiny, cozy, and has such an intimate vibe. I even celebrated my birthday there two days ago, and they surprised me with a candle cake and a jazzy "Happy Birthday" from the stage. It was truly heartwarming, and I'll remember it forever. This place is like a speakeasy. It's small but a nice date place or hang out with friends. The jazz band they had the night I was there was awesome! The food is excellent! I ordered the Philly cheeses steak baked potato and it was very good! Definitely will recommend. Service is a bit slow and not so friendly (maybe she's just too busy). The band people were very nice and friendly.
