They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very down to earth. I liked their honesty and integrity. The team noticed a part that needed replacing and took care of it without adding extra cost. They also worked efficiently and explained what they were doing.

Karlo was very professional, efficient and extremely helpful! I can’t thank him enough for the help given to me today. I needed to pick up my daughter and he showed up faster than the time promised. Fixed my door and left me feeling like I can trust him and the company. I will definitely be recommending karlo.

One day service is definitely true. Came out same day as call was placed. Accessed the issue. I chose to replace my door based on age. New door installed by the next morning @ 11:30 am.

The springs and cable on our garage door broke and door wouldn’t close. We called a couple of places on a Sunday, and this company was quick to respond and came out right away, willing to do it for cheaper than another company. The guy also identified the source of what caused the problem. Now we have a working garage door, keeping our stuff safe. Thanks again!

I scheduled this company to perform a routine door repair because they were small town and local. Fortunately i was familiar with prices and what I was quoted was very too high. I used CJ's in Roseville at half the price and with more friendly, honest, professional attitude. I do not recommend Karlo Garage doors and gates.
