Golden Winter Roofing Inc

Had the roof replaced around the end of the year. Santiago and his team were super professional and communicative. The project ended up needing new sheathing and they were very transparent and fair on the reason/cost of this change. One less thing to be worried about on our home, I'm very happy with the work we had done.

I had 3-4 quotes from various roofers, including one large company. I ended up choosing Golden Winter Roofing based on pricing and professionalism. Santiago, the owner, is top notch and an excellent communicator. He was on the job site making sure things were going as planned. They were quick, clean and great to work with. I am very happy with their work.

Finally, Santiago and all his workers were always on time and professional, and always wanted to be sure we were satisfied with what they were doing. Highl…

They also did as good of a job cleaning up all the debris and nails for the most part. I don’t think any reroofing clean up job is ever perfect but it was much better than the last roofer I worked with. Dilan even spent some extra time explaining how to do som…
