Minute Key was very supportive when the keys their machine made didn't fit my lock. Immediate, professional support with immediate refund issued. Would definitely use them again.

I tried a different brand of Key machine and it was a disaster!! Minute Key has always delivered and is priced way better!! Such a great convenience!!

I made copies of three different keys and two the keys worked fine. I would have give this a perfect five-star rating, but I made multiple copies and ended up paying about $10 for keys that didn't work. If it's possible to get a refund or adjustment on the bad copies, I would definitely change this to a better score.

Tried the kios twice. Keys failed twice. Lowes made a copy. Worked. Asked for a refund. Got an email to do a review…. No word back about that 100% customer staisfaction yet… I guess we need to wait until the computers are finished before I get a human response…… … … …

Tried two days in a row to get a key made correctly. Ended up going to a key maker in store who got the key cut right. That 100% guarantee accurate is incorrect.
