We had 4 different companies give us a quote for carpet. We also had hopes to get our stairs changed from carpet to hardwood but knew it would be a slim chance due to costs. Not only did Poway Carpets have the best quote, they were the only ones that took the time to explain the process and offer ideas that helped us achieve our goals without compromising quality. We ended up with new carpet, hardwood stairs and all …

Poway Carpet is the place to get your carpet! They beat Costco price and the quality of the pad and carpet is outstanding. Most important was the excellent customer service. Flavio and Ulysses were great to work with and worked around our schedule when we had to reschedule. The install day went smoothly and we could see from the start that Flavio really cared about the quality of the install and customer service. We …

What an incredibly positive experience we had working with Flavio and his team at Poway Carpets with our new carpet installation. The price for the carpet and install was excellent, and everyone that came to our home to install the carpet, including Flavio the owner, was highly professional and courteous. We will definitely use Poway Carpets for other projects in the future. I highly recommend them!

The price was very competitive, the color and quality selection was very good. The installation crew, Kevin and Shawn were very experienced and did a fabulous installation. They were very accommodating and careful in moving the furniture for my wife. The bottom line is; my wife …

As a home decorator & consulting services business, Tom is in my network of recommendations! Not only does he carry nice selections but it is rare to get personal/concierge type service. Tom delivers in all areas of trust, professionalism & fairness. He has a dedicated team who have become experts in installation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
