We have Lunada Bay Tile in our swimming pool and spa and we love it. The tiles are great looking and have performed well for three years. We have only had to replace three tiles in tens of thousands. The tiles were fine and the install was the issue. Awesome experience in dealing with Lunada Bay.

Looks like their tiles are beautiful and I am anxious to use them in my current kitchen reno. However, I contacted them via ther website contact for to ask a question about a certain tile availability, and they never responded. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service so far. Hopefully it will improve.
