We had a fantastic experience with Factory Direct Floor Store for our hardwood flooring and carpet project. Their customer service and pricing were excellent from start to finish. Our installer, Alfonso, was absolutely a delight to work with—professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. Our house looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Factory Direct Floor Store!

This is our 3rd project with Brian and Factory Direct. We bought vinyl flooring and had it delivered to our house in Colorado.
