Erick from Polite Pest came highly recommended by our neighbor, and it’s easy to see why. His termite inspection on our home was honest, detailed, and genuinely helpful as we prepared to sell. On top of that, his pricing was fair and straightforward — no surprises. It’s rare to find someone so straightforward and trustworthy. We’d use Polite Pest again without hesitation.

They were recommended to me by another family. Each time they come to service my house, always SUPER polite, wear foot booties inside the house, ask before entering any room, very clean and thorough! Highly recommend!
