Our company, Mostess, has trusted Watts for years to handle all of the vacation rentals we manage across Phoenix and Scottsdale. Their customer service is unmatched — so much so that when we’re training our own team, we say, “Put on your best Julie voice.” Julie’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail set the standard, and we’re so grateful for everything the team does to support our business.

I would just like to take a moment to thank Watts Pest Prevention for their outstanding service and professionalism. In fact on my last service call Marc was willing to go above and beyond and provide assistance with something unrelated to their service with utmost courtesy and kindness. Thank you Watts Pest Prevention for being a company that sets the bar for the kind of service everyone would love to have!
